Rebecca Callahan is the senior vice president of Spherion’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Division and a member of Spherion’s leadership team. She is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of business growth and operational excellence to continue to drive Spherion’s capabilities and leadership in RPO.
Upon joining Spherion in 2003, Callahan served as vice president of the Assessment Group. In that role, she led the integration of the company’s new technology and the development of both a direct sales and partner strategy to drive growth. Following a promotion to senior vice president of sales, she generated 80 percent of the existing Spherion RPO client base and was instrumental in the development of client acquisition strategy. Callahan successfully led a multi-year strategic initiative to reconfigure Spherion’s enterprise business portfolio to encompass a broader base of mid-market accounts. She also provided the impetus for the development of a world-class selling organization through a focus on sales strategy, sales force productivity and sales process execution.
Callahan has more than 20 years of extensive sales and business operations experience in the services industry. Prior to joining Spherion, she held vice president of sales positions at publicly traded companies that included Blue Pumpkin Software and PageNet — where she had P&L responsibility for a $60 million market. She has a strong record of successfully negotiating complex contracts with many Fortune 1000 clients, significantly exceeding revenue expectations and increasing organizational performance through the growth of a national client base.

Kathleen Donovan

Kathleen M. Donovan is Managing Director of Manpower Business Solutions in the U.S. In this role, she is responsible for the leadership and direction for the Manpower Business Solutions team, concentrating on growing recruitment process outsourcing and expanding Manpower’s other innovative staffing solutions.
Donovan joined Manpower in September of 2008 from Veritude, a Fidelity Investments company, which specializes in recruiting and HR consulting. Donovan was a senior vice president with accountability for the company’s largest client relationships as well as the strategy and workforce consulting functions. During her four-year tenure with Veritude, Donovan led the company’s successful entree into recruitment process outsourcing.
Prior to joining Veritude, Donovan led her own consulting firm, where she advised clients on how to deliver HR services by leveraging outsourcing strategies. Additionally, Donovan spent 18 years with BankBoston Financial Corp., ultimately leading HR for the company’s investment and global banking business groups.
Donovan writes frequently on the topic of recruiting and retention, with articles appearing in industry publications. She also published a study sponsored by SHRM (Society for HR Management) “The Future of the HR Profession.”
Donovan earned an MS from Boston University and BA from the College of the Holy Cross.

Daniel T. Griswold

Daniel T. Griswold is Director of the Center for Trade Policy Studies at the Cato Institute in Washington, DC. Since joining Cato in 1997, Mr. Griswold has authored or co-authored major studies on globalization, trade and immigration, including the 2007 study, “Trading Up: How Expanding Trade has Delivered Better Jobs and Higher Living Standards.” He has authored articles for the Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, the Financial Times, and other major publications and has appeared on C-SPAN, CNN, PBS, the BBC, and Fox News. He has testified before congressional committees and federal agencies on a range of trade and immigration issues. John Haworth

Mr. Haworth is in his fourth year as head of the HRO consulting practice at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, the largest outsourcing law firm.

Ed Zetusky is Senior Vice President of CDI-Talent Management, a division of engineering & IT outsourcing solutions and professional staffing leader CDI (NYSE:CDI). CDI-Talent Management consists of three business segments: Professional Recruitment Outsourcing, Managed Services and Contingent Engineering Staffing & Direct Hire Services. Under Ed’s direction, CDI-Talent Management is responsible for the management of more than 5,000 contingent and 2,500 direct placement hires annually.
Ed joined CDI in 2001 as Vice President of Business Planning & Financial Analysis, reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for profit enhancement initiatives.
