Day 1: Buyer-Only Sessions

Members of the RPO Buyers Group will attend sessions on managing contractual relationships, measuring satisfaction, and identifying best practices. These are closed sessions, open to Buyers only.

Members and invited guests register throughout the day.

Welcome
Conference Co-Chairs Shelia Gray of ABB and Richard Crespin of the HROA will welcome all attendees.

1:30-2:00pm

Introduction & Ground Rules
A discussion of the role of the summit and responsibilities of participants, including confidentiality, anti-trust, etc.

2:00-3:00pm

Research Discussion
The HROA will provide an overview of its research findings and their implications for RPO Buyers.

3:00-3:30pm

Networking Break

3:30-4:30pm

Workout Session
Member Issues.  Members and invited guests bring specific issues to work on together and develop innovative approaches.

4:30-5:30pm

Roundtable Discussion
Buyers Group Priorities.  Members and invited guests will engage in a roundtable discussion on the priorities of the group for the coming year.

6:00-8:00pm

Networking Reception with Speakers and Sponsors
An exclusive session open only to buyers, speakers and sponsors of the Summit.
