Last year’s Summit was a huge success which brought together RPO practitioners and buyers actively engaged in providing and/or managing RPO relationships and operations. During this year’s Summit, participants will explore the specific challenges and opportunities that come with planning, structuring, and operating recruitment processes on an outsourced basis.

This year’s summit was developed in conjunction with the RPO Alliance and RPO Buyers Group, Special Interest Groups of the HROA. As part of its mission to advance the RPO industry by increasing understanding of recruitment process improvement among HR practitioners and improving communication among constituents, the RPO Alliance assisted in developing the overall conference. The RPO Buyers Group provides buyers the opportunity to network, develop, share best practices, and build cutting-edge expertise in a collaborative environment. To that end, the Buyers Group led development of the program.

The annual RPO Summit focuses on issues facing organizations planning for, contracting, and actively engaged in recruitment process outsourcing. RPO Summit 2008 will be held on December 10-11 at the Gaylord National Hotel in Washington, DC. This year’s summit will be the world’s only conference focusing exclusively on structuring and managing RPO relationships.
